I don't think it's fair to blame a whole generation for the current state of things. Baby Boomers had a lot of other things to think about too, the Vietnam war and civil rights were really the focus when they were younger. I mean they're not psychic, they didn't know everything was gonna turn out like this. That being said, I think the whole greed is good/Regan years of the 80's messed everything up. A lot of people went back into sit down and shut up mode. By that point the boomers were older and they had families and more to lose by rocking the boat.

I'm all for radical healthcare reform. I mean honestly there is so much bullshit I have to pay taxes for that I don't care about already. At least this would be something I'd actually have a chance to benefit from.
