Your parents, McKenna, along with most other people who oppose a nationalized healthcare plan, know/think they're rich enough to afford the best healthcare money can buy, so it doesn't affect them. The issue is that the rest of us -- the POOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ACTUALLY WILLING TO ADMIT THEY'RE POOR -- are still fucking screwed. If we could just get all the faux-riche 30K millionaires to issue themselves a reality check, there wouldn't even be an argument here.
