LMAO thanks everyone!! image

I'm going to call sprint again tomorrow. I've been thinking about it today and something is not adding up. They told me this guy switched the primary account holder (which is me) to his name. How would he have done this when you have to provide a social security # to open an account with any phone carrier? Also, they told me the guy had my passcode to my account but noone knows my passcode because I do not have it written down anywhere and the only time you need the passcode is if you call into sprint to ask a question on your account. It's never used online.

I talked to a guy at a sprint kiosk in the mall today and he said it has to be an inside job because it's highly suspicious that I go to upgrade my phone 3 weeks ago and now I am having problems with this guy controlling my account. The thing is the address is in NC that he put in on the account but I'm in Orlando. I'm afraid that this guy is going to use my debit card number next because that is stored on my account to pay my bill.

I'm going to call again tomorrow and find out what their "investigation" uncovers. image
