Do you have at least 4 large stock pots? Maybe you could do 2 dozen at a time, in each pot, on all four burners, then the last 2 dozen in one pot? Put the eggs in the pot, cover with water, bring the water to a boil, then shut off the heat, and put a lid on the pot- then just walk away, for 20-30 minutes. Perfectly hard boiled, non-cracked eggs, every time.
