I think I was usually there for around an hour and a half. Depends on how long you have to wait. I think once you're in the chair it's around 45 minutes to an hour. I usually brought a book or magazine. After they've got the needle in and everything, you're hooked up to this machine and it takes your blood and it goes into the machine and separates the plasma and then pumps the blood back into you. It does this a few times, I don't remember how many. After that was all done, they hooked you up to a bag of normal saline to "re-hydrate" you.
