The bottom line is, shit happened; it wasn't good. Condemning Justin for making a mistake at 23, which the rest of them seem to be okay with now, is ridiculous. To expect him to go around living for his family and friends, when he has his own livelihood to sustain, is also ridiculous. He didn't screw them; he moved on. If the rest of you ever have the opportunity to excel in your workplace, but you don't take it because it means leaving your coworkers behind, well then, kudos to you.
