He has a right to write whatever he wants. It sounds like you really want to believe Lance is doing this to hurt Justin, which is fine, but please do not go ahead and assume that Lance wrote this without permission. When Justin sues Lance, or when Lance and Justin get into a fistfight and it makes the tabloids, then we can say he didn't ask permission. But for now - in order to keep this board neutral - I don't see why we can't just give people the benefit of the doubt.
I never said anything like that. I was replying to Jamie who seems to think Lance knows what went on behind closed doors after reading one or two sentences from the book.

I didn't say Lance was purposely trying to hurt Justin at all. If we're going to give people the benefit of the doubt, how about you do that with me? If you think I'm bashing Lance, ask me to clarify before you assume that's what I'm doing.

I don't think you're bashing Lance, but when you make comments like this:
I really doubt Lance called Justin and told him all the shit he was going to say about him, including stuff about his and Britney's relationship.image
it seems like you're assuming that Lance did NOT ask permission for writing these things. Which is kind of a very serious thing to accuse someone of... now, I'm not saying you DO think that, I'm just saying that's the way your comment came across. And I really want this board to stay neutral - so I would really like to see people give Lance the benefit of the doubt that he DID ask permission, and also give Justin the benefit of the doubt that we have NOT read the book yet, therefore shouldn't be making quick assumptions based on small excerpts. That's all image
