OMG, yes they did. They took away his ability to share his music with the public. All of those songs he spent the last 3-4 years recording? Yeah, we will never hear them. Do you think that doesn't hurt him? You obviously have never really listened to him talk about this record, or saw him in person talking about it. You must have never had a chance to see his eyes when talking about "Kate." He is very proud of something that is sitting on a shelf collecting dust. If you don't think that hurts then you are just plain dumb. They took a really big fucking part of his life away.

I listened to his ATL interview almost everyday. I'm not saying that DIDN'T hurt him. All I'm saying is that I think and hope he's doing something to remedy the situation. In his interviews, he talks about how much he loves music, so I don't really believe he's just bending over and taking it. There's a huge difference between being rightfully upset over something horrible that happened to you and feeling sorry for yourself constantly. I really don't think JC is doing the latter. He's stronger than that.

Again, what can he do? Sure, he's writing an producing for others, but that's not him doing his own music. He has every right to be sad over this. He has been getting fucked over by Jive since 2002. Only this time it's worse. This time they killed his music. That has to hurt a hell of a lot.

There are always options. I'm hoping he's pursuing some of those options right now. And again, I never said that it wasn't hurtful and/or upsetting. It may take some time, but he has to be dup to something. If he's that passionate about music, then he's not just taking it.

"He's just not taking it" WTF can he really do? You people say these things, but you never back them up with anything real. He's under a contract. He has to sit there and let them fuck him because I really don't think he's gonna sue.
