I'm hypo. You mainly care about Free T3 and TSH. Your T3 is good. Your TSH is within range by some standards (the upper on some is 3, and others 5). When they treat people for it they try to get under 2 (optimal under 1). Most doctors are TSH focused and don't treat symptoms if your TSH isn't high. Did you have your TPO or... TAg (not sure that's right) antibodies? My TSH isn't too bad (a little over 4) but I have a ton of TPO antibodies (which means my hypo thyroid is caused by Hashimotos, an auto immune thyroid disease) so my doctor put me on Synthroid and most of my symptoms are resolving.
