Sheryl Sandberg, the COO of Facebook and founder of LeanIn.org, penned a tribute to Queen Bey, praising her for "[raising] her voice both on- and offstage to urge women to be independent and lead." Sandberg writes, "In the past year, Beyoncé has sold out the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour while being a full-time mother. Her secret: hard work, honesty and authenticity. And her answer to the question, 'What would you do if you weren't afraid?' appears to be 'Watch me. I'm about to do it.' Then she adds, 'You can, too.'"
I'm sure she's a perfectly nice lady & all, but I don't get all the hype that surrounds her.    It's nice she sold out her tour all while being a full-time mother.    But come on.  Let's not kid ourselves.  She has lots & lots & LOTS of help.  I'm confident she's not the one that grocery shops, cleans the house, makes arrangements for child care, while putting on her costumes for showtime.    Her secret is no secret.  I don't get why it's not cool to admit you have help to do all this stuff and acknowledge that in print.
