I'm one of those who likes their steaks and hamburgers slightly burnt and definitely well done. I've been like that since I was pregnant with my first born. Even with hot dogs, I can only eat them grilled and almost burnt. I think it started off as a iron deficiency and stuck with me. I could NEVER eat meat that had any kind of pink in the middle. I can't stand the idea of eating undercooked food. Even though I know it's fine and it's not really undercooked, it's the idea of it. It's all a matter of preference.
