A state appeals court ruled in 2010 that the children were put at risk of abuse and neglect based on a history of domestic violence in the home, ABC News reported. Deborah Campbell once slipped a note under a neighbor's door saying she was terrified of her husband because he had threatened to kill her, according to court documents. Adolf Hitler Campbell also frequently threatened to kill people, ABC News added.

I think it's pretty safe to say that the name stirred this up, though. If they take these kids away over this, I know a bunch of hoodlums at the park that need new parents.
I'm sure the name did draw attention to his behavior, but if he's threatening to kill his wife and she's slipping notes to people asking for help, I think those are pretty damn solid grounds to take his kids, regardless of how Social Services became aware of the behavior.  Threatening to kill people is not protected free speech.

If you know a bunch of hoodlums at the park who go home to abusive parents who threaten to kill their wives, then yes, those people need new parents too.
