As individual animals, certainly, but you couldn't then extrapolate that out to the breed.
Are you saying that all breeds are the same until their owners make them different? I mean... you can ask a dog specialist what different breeds are like to children and strangers, and they'll all say different things depending on the breed. I've been doing a lot of this lately.

I also hope I don't sound like a dog hater. I feel awful hearing about dogs being put down because they attacked. I'm just not quick to place blame on people (I'm aware they are often the cause) as much as I think animals shouldn't be killed for acting out on instinct. Especially dogs that are more territorial, strong, and energetic than some other dogs.
