Blaming ownership for EVERY case of an animal attack is as dumb as blaming every parent who's child goes on to kill someone either while they're still a child or later on in adulthood.
You didn't seriously just make this comparison, did you?
I seriously did. By blaming the owner of a dog you're basically saying that every move that a dog makes is a result of something that they have been taught or driven to do by its owner. Dogs..animals do have minds of their own. I have a friend who LOVES the hell out of her dog, she treats it like a human, but this dog hates other people. It will bark and attempt to attack children if they get too close. When I visit, she has to move him into a different room and shut the door.

This shit is so annoying. I'm not saying these dogs are bad and evil. I'm just saying they have different tendencies. If they attack a kitten, or a human.. it's not always because they have a terrible evil owner.
