Everybody has those things they're not comfortable with and to an extent you can learn how to deal with them/minimise the necessity of them. A lot of things do improve with time/getting used to them/not being the newbie any more, especially if you are somebody who struggles with change and novelty and needs time to find your bearings. It is worth working at the things that don't come easy.

But what you can't do is try to fit a square peg into a round hole so if you really know that this job is everything that's not suited to your personality or the way you work best and that makes you anxious, then I'd say find something else as quickly as you can and walk. You cannot live while being on panic station all the time, it'll wreck you mentally and physically.
