Look up your rental laws in your state, but most states require she give you a list of damages and your security deposit back after THIRTY days. If she doesn't then she owes you double the security deposit. Definitely something to look into. She still owes you a copy of the lease, I'd get it and see what it says about "moving out early", if there's nothing in there about forfeiting your security deposit (which that doesn't sound legal to me), I'd bring that up too.
