We have 4 cats: Frog, Sammy, Oliver and Zoe.

Frog: 10 years ago, I found him outside my home, limping with a big infection bulge on his side.  He had no collar or tag, just a leather bracelet with clay blocks that spelled F.R.O.G. and 1 clay block had a cross.  I took him to the vet to get checked out, get antibiotics and to see if the vet maybe knew him (he didn't).  I put ads in newspapers and called around to places, but couldn't find his owner.  So I adopted him.  He's your typical fat cat.

Sammy: She's another found cat.  We found her eating out of a dumpster one night when we stopped for gas.  I wanted to bring her home, just for the night, to clean her up and give her better food and then take her to the humane society but my mom fell in love.  She had no collar and we never found an owner.  My mom took to her and named her Samantha, she'd always liked that name.  She's definitely my mom's cat, loves greeting her when she comes home and always wanted to give my mom kisses.

This picture is Oliver and Sammy meeting for the first time when we brought Sammy home.

Oliver: I named him after Oliver & Company.  He had a cry for everything, like when he wants food, when the food isn't how he likes it, when he wakes up and doesn't know where you are so he cries until you call out to him, when the cat litter isn't cleaned out just perfectly, when he wants water and the biggest cry is when he wants to be held.  He jumps on my bed and he lets out this specific meow that tells me I have to pick him up, put him on his back and hold him like a baby and he kneads my neck until he falls asleep and then he starts drooling all over the place.  He is the biggest baby ever!  But I wouldn't give him up for anything

The 3 of them have been buddies for quite some time.

Zoe: Last July, some family went up north and ended up finding Zoe out in the woods all by herself.  We think she either got lost, or I think maybe she was a runt and her mother just abandoned her  They brought her back home but didn't want to adopt her, so they brought her to a family get-together a week later.  They conned my mom into adopting her because they knew my mom wouldn't turn down an adorably cute 4 week old kitten  My cousin's daughter Zalea named her Woods Sunflower, which was cute but I wanted something else, so we named her in honor of Zalea.

I love her but she's a sassy bitch sometimes.  I like to joke that she's street wise and doesn't take crap from no one!
