Exactly.  We had this guy that used to come in every Sunday.  He would complain about the prices of the movies, complain about the prices of the snacks.  Complain that we didn't have all 8 box office registers open and all 12 concession registers open even though there were not any lines.  He would scream at us that he's never come back.  Yet the very next week he would be back.  One of the managers finally told him that he was not welcome back and that we obviously didn't fit his movie theater needs because he got in her face and screamed and cursed at her because he always sat in a certain spot in the theater and there was someone sitting there and management refused to make her move.  Sorry but seats are first come first served

And we do get scammers in all the time.  Dealing with one who keeps changing her story.  She came on the 2nd and her husband had a heart attack so they had to leave and now want free passes.  THat is what she told one manager.  But she couldn't produce any proof of purchase (ticket stubs or a receipt) then the story changed to that she came on the 4th and her husband had chest pains and the manager told her just to come in on her next visit for free.  She couldn't give a description of the manager.  She finally said oh it was Charlie.  Charlie didn't work either one of those days.   She's done this before and she thinks we don't remember but we do.  So she's pissed that we will not comp her without proof of purchase.
