it doesn't matter to me that he actually had injuries. i still believe he pursued that kid and picked a fight with him. if you initiate a fight, you should expect that you may get injured in it. afterall, the other person does have the right to defend himself.

i also do not think it matters that trayvon may have had some leftover trace of marijuana. that's kind of a "no shit" discovery since he was suspended from school for having a bag with traces of marijuana in it. however, none of that holds any relevance to what happened with zimmerman, and it really just comes off as an attempt to smear a dead kid.
