I like to get fajitas when I eat Mexican at sit-down restaurants. It's pretty healthy and you can make your own portions.

I'm also big into chicken burritos with black beans, guac and salsa (no rice) at Qdoba and Chipotle.

The local fast-food-style Mexican place I just get grilled chicken tacos with lettuce, cilantro, guac and onion.

I agree with the posters who say they'd have Mexican for every meal if they could.
