Isn't her fiancé a former Harvard law graduate lawyer? I am sure if he is taking notes he is invested in making sure he knows everything from a factual stance vs emotional. This case is circumstantial correct?
Yes he is.

I haven't been following the trial yet, but I don't believe the case is circumstantial. He was in prison previously for attempted murder and the gun used to kill Jennifer's family belonged to her brother and had been missing for a while before the murders occurred. Considering his background and the fact he was estranged from Julia (I assume while he was away in prison), I believe he did it.
