Our office isn't like that; you pretty much get up and berak whenever you need it. But people who don't smoke are just as entitled to get up and go outside for a 3-minute walk if they want to so I never understood the hate against smokers. 
  
I feel like it's not as socially acceptable. Sometimes I get up and I'm like "I need to get some air" and everybody looks at me weird but when they all go outside to smoke 12 times a day it's not ever questioned. Smoking is kind of looked at as something they "need" to do whereas me getting up and going for a walk is looked at more as me just slacking off.
