People not staying on top of/reading their emails. Really pisses me off. Especially when they come up to me frantically, days later saying did u ever find out about this or that, blah blah..or ass me about something ive already sent an email out days ago addressing. Im always like uh yah, 2 days ago I replied to ur email......then I just look @ them with a WTF stare.


I'm in the medical field and everyone knows (they even tell us in the interview this is in the top 3 expectations of the job) that the main way tasks such as labs, etc, are delegated as well as overall communication regarding the patient's appointments and well being is via email (whic also doubles as our documentation of these requests.) I understand things get missed bc we are a very busy office (ive done so myself) but this is a daily occurance which, to me, is unacceptable. Others keep up w their emails, tho u cant because.....??????????
