The Perfect Couple - Korean. Not great, but watchable. It's from 2007 and stars Lee Dong Wook & Hyun Young.
Sayonara Itsuka - Japanese. Sad and poignant. Beautifully shot. Comeback movie for Nakayama Miho.
Sophie's Revenge - Mandarin. Zhang Ziyi, So Ji Seob & Peter Ho are in it. Romcom. Cute. I really liked it.
Romantic Island - Korean. Ensemble cast. Romcom. Easy to watch, though sometimes silly.
What Women Want - Mandarin. Romcom. Remake of the Mel Gibson movie with Andy Lau and Gong Li.

Hope that helps for a bit. All are on Netflix.
I saw that. I NEVER want to see the great Andy Lau in drag ever again, . It was just soooooo wrong in so many levels, . Thanks for the suggestions!

Btw, since you added non-Korean films, here are my other faves:
Patisserie Coin De Rue----Japanese---will make you hungry!
Rain Town----a Japanese short anime---touching
Eat Man, Drink Woman---Taiwanese by Ang Lee---classic
The Way Home---Korean---sweet and poignant
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon and Hero----both famous blockbusters
