As the shopping season officially starts today, can the Mods please consider stickying this thread? Thanks.

I'm planning on shopping this week for the folks in my 'card and $5 small token' and 'gifts under $20' categories.

Last time I went into Target, they had a great assortment of Mrs. Fields mini-box stocking stuffer chocolates for only $1.00. Lots of different varieties (a lot more than the 3 shown here). They were near the front of the store in that section Target always has of dollar add-ons:

I plan on buying a ton of these as my 'small token' for people like coworkers I want to acknowledge (but not spend a lot of money on).

For one of my 'gifts under $20' folks, I'm buying this calendar:

Needless to say, she is Jewish.
Currently only $13.60 and $5.99 shipping (for total order, no matter how many items) here:

That site also has a 'candy nostalgia' box for the 50s, 70s and 80s with candy from the decade:

(Although, for most of the candy, it's still sold, so you could probably just google 'candy from ___' and do your own box for cheaper.)

And for my fellow NYC JJBers, I remind you to go to Century 21 and look in their candy/candle/gifts section (for the main one in lower Manhattan, go to lower level and it's to the immediate left of the escalator). I was there a week or so ago and they had a lot of good stocking stuffers for under $10. The new one on the UWS by Lincoln Center might not have this section, because I know they don't have a home section. But the ones in Bay Ridge/Brooklyn and Rego Park/Queens definitely have those sections!
