Nature's Variety is formulated for all life stages. However, it's tough to get cats to switch from a low-quality (but McDonalds-tasty) food to high quality. If you can afford it, switch them to Nature's Variety Instinct frozen raw or canned, as in the long run, food with moisture is a lot better for a cat's health and prevents kidney disease and crystals. But, if you have to go with kibble (my last choice for cats) then go with grain-free (which the Instinct line is). I suggest the rabbit formula, as that's seems to be the tastiest for cats. It's 100% guaranteed, so if they don't like it, you can get your money back.
