they're super warm and I love mine- it's not so bad when you spray them, but they have to be able to completely dry before you get them wet again otherwise they will def soak right through. So I actually kept my old pair and this winter when we were getting killed with snow I would switch off every other day to give the other pair a chance to throughly dry out. Then again we had 179 inches of snow this year, so it prob wouldn't be a hassle for someone who lives in a normal snowy place.
