As an artist, I agree with where they're coming from. There is a reason why good designers' have pricey items, and ripping them off if essentially stealing their art. It's the same as illegally downloading music. With that said, I'm with Julie in that this wouldn't be at the top of the list on causes I'm passionate about.

I agree with Julie too.

I remember awhile back in one of the threads about knockoffs someone was like "So what if the bag costs $2500!! If you can't afford it then you just don't get the privilege of having anything like it!"

As far as I'm concerned, when you sell a small ass solid color bag that goes for 2k just because of the name on it, I certainly don't feel bad for you when you bitch about knock off hurting your business. The fashion industry is already a multi-million and probably even billion dollar industry. Forgive me for not feeling bad because your billions aren't trillions because of knockoffs.

Also, if they're gonna do this, they should probably go after magazines like Cosmo, Glamour, Marie Claire etc. because I subscribe to those and every issue they have pages and pages of stuff showing you how to find articles of clothing, shoes, bags etc. for really cheap that look just like designer brands.
