Cilantro pesto is good. You can mix it with pasta, rice, or use on a sandwich to give it added zing.

I also like hari chutney, a traditional Indian green condiment. There's nothing better than a chutney and cheddar sandwich. But it's also good as a dip for naan or marinating chicken breasts.
