It doesn't necessarily mean that her team didn't submit anything at all - just that what they submitted didn't address the arguments being made or argue against the idea that the new girlfriend was "suffering harm"

I can't even write that without rolling my eyes heavenward at the idea not being able to release nude footage of J-Lo causing her "harm."

Right I realize that, my question is why wouldn't their submission address the arguments being made?  they would have had a chance to review the claim and respond, yet they didn't dispute some of the claims made by Vasquez? And I can't believe they failed to address the preliminary injunction test all together.  You would expect J.Lo to have a team competent enough that the brief would cover all bases, not leave allegations left unanswered.  It just seems strange.  It seems like the court had no choice but to rule for Vasquez because J Lo barely put up a fight.
