I love it! It's fun, the music is good and it is an excellent workout. I try to go 2x a week - once regular zumba and one zumba tone (with weights). If I can summarize it - its like a combination of dancing and aerobics.

Beware of the cult of zumba though - in my class everyone is in "zumba" gear (shirts, pants,etc) and they are always talking about the special instructors.
