I don't care if gays get married. I'm not gay. I'm saying the state should get out of the marriage business for everyone. If you want to get married because of the tax benefits, inheritance rights, state recognition, etc. then get a civil union. That's what this whole thing is about. Gays are angry they aren't being granted the same benefits as straights. Or is it they want the states permission to love someone? Somehow I'm guessing it's the former.
