Okay, you all know I am an advocate for pits and all other dogs that are deemed dangerous breeds, and yes I was disgusted by what Michael Vick and his cohorts did to these animals, however I don't care one bit that he's out there playing football, a job he's good at. The same way I wouldn't be mad at him if he was some big wig corporate honcho or the janitor at the home health care business down the street. Once he served his time and paid his restitution he was free to live his life the way he wanted. If not, the judge would have ruled that he could NOT play football ever again.

Now I would be totally up in arms if I ever saw that Michael Vick was going near, attempting to adopt or basically being around pits (or really, any kind of dog). At that point, if I saw that he owned dogs then I'd be upset because he should be one that never has the capability of owning a four legged animal as he's shown that he cannot be trusted with them.

I don't defend him, nor do I prosecute him for getting on with his life. Hell he's good at football, let him play, it's not like he's going to be playing for 50 years. I don't care AS LONG AS HE NEVER OWNS A PIT IN HIS LIFETIME.
