Oh please I am not a big Britney fan but there is no way that picture indicates that the child has down syndrome. He looks fairly normal to me.
And even if he did its a genetic disorder that is no one's fault. Now FAS is another thing |

I guess that baby in the pink outfit pics was JJ b/c he sure looks like that baby to me. I dont think he looks that much like SP just his nose looks like his
brother's.
