I told ya.
All she has to do is slim down and tone, put 75 % of the effort in her physique compared to her older sisters, get more style and her beauty will shines through. She is intrinsecally the best looking of the three with the best natural assets : nice height, nicer overall, rounder, more feminine, facial shape (not to long like Kim's), nicer body proportions (longer legs, nicely curvy shaped butt : not too much like Kim)....and a little tan would definitely brings out her green eyes out. If she trains like Kim trains and really get that tone leggy body with a round perfect sized bootey. If she tans a little less than Kourthey, she'll be the absolute knock out among the sisters.
