And plus like rachel day dreaming about kissing chandler as she drove back with her friends she probably doesnt remember him either its been a couple years, dont tell me you dont forget people if they change and you havent seen them in a good 4 plus years. |

what i find funny though totally not an inconsistencie but when the camera pulls back after rachel gets back on the plane after ross talks to her you can so
see the end of the set carpet on the floor. I dont know why but thats always bugged me.

It really should be laid out so that the door was opposite the window with the corridor running parallel to the window wall. They quite often had people coming down the corridors the wrong way... i.e. from the window, Im assuming the corridors don't go past the outside wall where the windows are? Why would the hotel have corridors between each room? Also they listen to the wall between the room and the corridor, but that supposedly goes into Ross's room, even though his door is on the opposite side of the room... so surely there would be another room backing on to his? Its just conveniant set design for the story line, but it was poorly thought out IMO. I know this doesn't really make sense, it does if you think about it when you watch it. |

The biggest inconsistency I have with Friends, is celebrity name dropping, then that certain celebrity coming onto the show playing a character. Examples:
In Season Two an episode called, "The One Where Dr. Ramoray Dies" Chandler and his new roommate Eddie are having a conversation where Chandler broke up with a girl because she thought Sean Penn was the capital of Cambodia. Then in Season Eight, episode called "The One with the Halloween Party" Sean Penn guest stars at Ursula's finance, Eric. In Season Three, episode "The One with the Ultimate Fighting Champion" Ross uses Winona Ryder's name over the phone to get dinner reservations. Then in Season Seven, episode "The One with Rachel's Big Kiss" Winona guest stars as Melissa, a girl Rachel kissed in college. And finally, in Season Three, episode "The One with Frank Jr." Ross lists Susan Sarandon on his list on five celebrities he's allowed to sleep with. Then in Season Seven, "The One with Joey's New Brain" she guest stars at Jessica Lockhart, an actress on Days of Our Lives with Joey. I know I'm being incredibly picky with my inconsistencies, but it's just something I noticed. It happens when you own all the seasons and watch them again and again. |

I've lived in a few apartment buildings also where the doors locked automatically, especially the bigger highrises. I think it's something to do with
fire laws.

Phoebe's apartment had been her grandmother's, remember after the fire when Rachel and her lived together she said they took down the wall in the
bedroom that her grandmother had put up to make it two rooms.
And she had a roommate, Denise. DENISE. |

I was always confused with the layout of the girls' apartment. I thought that their bedroom doors faced the kitchen and bathroom door, but my friend
noticed they were actually right across from the entrance to the apartment. What is their balcony window across from then? If they have a closet at the end of
the hall, why doesn't the balcony stretch out just as far? How come the boys' apartment isn't as big when it's a two bedroom and right across
the hall? None of this made any sense to me...
