I don't really care for it, either.

I was hoping it would be a good sugar substitute, but I guess not.

I don't notice an aftertaste. But that's probably because I've been using it for years and I'm so used to it.

Really? I've never noticed an aftertaste either. What did you put it in? I find Twin has a horrible aftertaste.

I heard that splenda (and maybe other sugar substitutes as well) is not good for you. Whenever I would use it, my eyes kept going blurry and I'd get
tension in my forehead.. I didn't put two and two together until a couple of days ago. When I researched it, I discovered that many other people using the
product experience the same thing

My mom always complains of headaches whenever she has Splenda. It's weird.

I've never noticed an aftertaste and I haven't had any issues like headaches after I have it. I mainly use one packet in my cereal or smoothie.

I haaaaate Splenda, and all artificial sweeteners. I must be sensitive to them because they all taste like shit and I don't feel good after eating/drinking
them.

I was using Splenda and I had horrible symtoms from it. The worst was the feeling of dullness - not being able to have a normal conversation because I was lost
for words. Muscle pain that got so severe that I was spending my weekends in bed because it just would not go away.... anxiety, feeling blue...the list goes on
and on. It took me a long time to make the connection, and it wasn't until a couple of weeks ago that I did. I stopped using it immediately and I started
feeling better right away. I actually really miss the taste of Spenda, but I would never go back to using it. Never. It's bad news.
