If it's part of the song, I don't see the big deal about singing the lyrics. People give that word waaaaaaay too much power. It's gotten ridiculous.
My coworker said the "n" word today...

If folks don't want people to sing along to a SONG that has the word in it, then perhaps artists shouldn't incorporate that word in their songs. It's a word, it's not as if she was going around calling people that word in a hateful way. For goodness sake, people are so sensitive these days. I could understand if she were having a conversation with someone and randomly spat out that word, but she was singing along to the song. |

This reminds me of that one movie with Chris Rock where he died and came back as a rich old white man and got jumped by a bunch of big black guys for singing a
DMX song...lol
I think you skipped my question on whether or not the song was being played or if she just randomly broke into song, and whether or not there were clients in hearing distance |

If Kayne can say a certain word, I believe I am allowed to say it too.

With me, its all about liberties. Just because I can say something to mine doesnt mean that you can or should. My mom has a certain nickname for me and no one
else can call me that without getting checked for it. Its the same thing with the n word for me.

My co-worker one time called one of our patient's the "n" word. Not to the patient's face thank GOD, but to the doctor actually. I work for a
urologist and the patient was having extreme difficulty urinating and her daughter just brought her in without making an appointment because she was so
desperate for help.
Well, before I could say anything, my co-worker was like, "We are definitely not seeing her! It's our lunch time!!!!!!!!!!" and the daughter just starts bawling to me telling me she's ready to leave her mother on the side of the street because she's just so sick and it's killing her to try and take care of her. So, I don't give a crap about lunch at this point and I took the patient's chart back to my doctor and told him what was going on and he said as long as the nurse didn't mind seeing her, he wouldn't have a problem seeing her at lunch either. Well of course my bitchy co-worker followed me back there to give her 2 cents on the matter (as she always has to) and she was bitching to the doctor about this "n" lady making her miss her lunch. We were all so appalled that I have not been able to look at her the same way since that happened. I lost so much respect for her. |

You must not play Xbox Live. Teenage boys say it all the time. They are so annoying.

Friends on facebook? I don't have him on my facebook, I just remember I hung out with him in high school and you went to school with him. I wasn't
saying you heard him say it, I was just saying I did.
