I do it if I'm watching a video on ustream or if they ask questions. Or in the case of the morning radio show host I follow, if I'm responding to
something I've heard on the show.

I replied a few times throughout my twitter history but I agree that it's annoying when people constantly reply to celebrities --- and they don't even
reply back. Ever. It's like, take the hint and don't bother. It's weird after a while.
I follow a few people who do that and it's like... Really? |

Some bigger celebs must get like thousands of replies for every tweet they make so it's doubtful they even read all of them.
