And she's an idiot for thinking he won't run for re-election. That's just common sense that he will. As I pointed out, even George W. Bush got re-elected even though no WMDs were found in Iraq and it was revealed that Saddam was not involved with the attacks on 9/11.

I think something will come out in the next 2 weeks or so to explain why she resigned, either a show or something illegal or who knows.

She's a hell of a fundraiser for GOP candidates, both presidential and non-presidential. Her resignation allows Dems an opening to make a serious run at her seat in 2 years. The whole country is affected. This isn't some Alaska-only news. It's on national news publications (CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, Huffington Post, Politico) for a reason. It's not just in the Alaska Times. I don't give a fuck if you don't like my posts or reactions. Don't read them.
