I know that paparazzi guy in the video is a real D*** for not getting out of Justins way, But Justin seems to be in a bit of a pissy/bad mood in the Video imo.
He's probobly a bit tired from the long flight still and since he's at the Dr's office, maybe he wasnt feeling well.
