The only reason why more shows were added to the Australian leg is because the original shows were selling out from presales alone, tickets just went on sale yesterday to the general public. The Aussie tour sponsors had to add more shows due to the high demand of tickets. It's Britney's first tour to go Down Under in Oz (Onyx Hotel Tour was suppose to, but the tour got canceled after Brit injured her knee on the set of the Outrageous music video). The new shows have nothing to do with MJ's death, just pure public demand. Expect more Aussie shows to possibly be added. Apparently, their may be a 4th Sydney show bring the Australian leg to 11 total shows. This tour may gross $150 million+ from ticket sales alone and factor in tour merchandise sales...

AEG is starting to work her hard. Probably trying to make up for some of that lost MJ money.![]()
I expect Britney to reattain her record for
highest grossing tour merchandise sales she once held with the Onyx Hotel tour.

She proved a lot of people wrong. Still a long way to go till the end of the tour, but I'm pleased with what we seen. Now if only we get that DVD
recording of a show (maybe one of the MSG dates) we all are craving for....that would make a ton of fans day.

And when is the VMAS she may not be able to attend? Or she could do a live performance from one
of her shows on that night or something??
