Aww you totally don't need to stop.
I've said this several times now, but honestly...it feels like I lost an old friend. I didn't realize it would hit me this hard, but it did. I've been listening to his music non stop the last week (I listened to it a lot anyway...), and even have been discovering new music. He really did/still does bring such joy. I will truly miss him. Some songs, I can't bring myself to listen to, or if I do, they make me cry....Childhood, Gone Too Soon, etc. Some songs that I've never found sad seem haunting to me now too...... Whenever 'I'll Be There' gets to the line "Let me fill your life with joy and laughter. Togetherness, well, its all I'm after"....gives me chills now. I feel like that line sums him up |
