Yeah, I think I need to go to the store in the morning. I'll get Immodium (I hate the taste of Pepto) and take my chances.

That sounds like me right before I got diagnosed. I was tired, disoriented, achy, vomiting, diarrhea, and for a day I couldn't stop eating.
