I've had diarrhea for four days now, and it's really starting to suck! Every time I eat, I shit it out again like an hour or two later. And I'm
supposed to work an 8-hour shift tomorrow. So my choices are either don't eat all day or hold my diarrhea all day (I'll be the only one there, so I
won't have time to go let it all out). FML.
I hate viruses :( (TMI?)

I don't think I CAN call out...there are only 2 other employees, and they gave me this shift b/c neither of them could work it. I might call them tomorrow
and see if they can at least cover the second half or something. I've never once called in sick in over a year at this job, so I guess it would be fair.
And yeah, Samantha, I probably won't eat much. I have to eat something or I'll get low blood sugar. I'll probably grab a Gatorade in the
morning too.  I might try not to eat until like the 5th hour or something. That way, I might be off before it hits me.

I should start googling foods that cause constipation. I ate a buttload of cheese last night at dinner and that didn't do it.

With my IBS I get more diarrhea then constipation. Sometimes I don't even get through my meal

usually about it. Oh, and gas. I've never even been formally diagnosed or anything, so for all I know I have some totally different condition.

I was diagnosed and my mom has it really bad. She told me to eat cottage cheese, yogurt, and toast and I would be fine. She got down to 94lbs once because
everything made her sick.

Oh yeah, foods with probiotics! I actually have some probiotic pills. I should probably take one. I bought them and took the first one like 6 months ago, and I
got a HORRIBLE stomachache and never took them again.
But at this point, it might be worth it. My stomach already hurts, so what the hell.
I'm really hungry right now, but I don't want to eat and then shit my pants in my sleep.

What worries me a little is I seem to be getting worse every day, not better. I guess it's just running its course. The first day I was achy and disoriented, then I was just tired and nauseous, then the diarrhea came. But tomorrow's a new day!
