I'm debating between Perfect 10 in Jet Black or Feria in Black Leather.
Any suggestions?

What's your favorite brand and colour? I'd like a true black, not a blue one.

Roomie dyes her hair black. She's used various box colors, but lately she's been using a super cheap one by Revlon. I can't remember what it's
called, but it's like $6-$8 and it looks great.

Oh I wonder if it's Colorsilk in number 10? Supposedly that's the one Dita Von Teese uses.

That's the one! I don't know about it being #10, but that's the brand for sure.

I'd guess that's the one. I'll look into that brand. Thanks!

I dyed mine black once when I went through an Ashlee Simpson phase and I swear my natural color never came back. I don't know which one I used though...

Yeah, I've heard black is certainly a stubborn colour but I'm sooooooo bored!
My natural colour is dark brown. |

Mine was brown...it was a darker shade of brown and now people argue that my hair is black - it's really not if you look closely - and this was like...over
4 years ago.
Before you could tell I had brown hair - now...not so much. |

Do they make black temporary hair color? A wash out kind?

I just got highlights a few weeks ago (the first time I put dye in my hair since I dyed it black) and I told her about it - the lady that was doing my
highlights - and she said that sometimes if you dye it black it can change the natural hair color.

4 years ago?!? Holy cow. Wouldn't the black ends have totally grown out by now? Edit: Nevermind, you just answered that.
jus4lafs, I saw your profile pic. Your hair looks great! |

When I did it I used Revlon. I don't remember the color name but it was the darkest one not the one with blue. I'm still growing that shit out. Blonde
hair does not let go of dye.

My hair is blonde naturally, and I dye it dark brown. I have the hardest time keeping it from fading, and my blonde roots grow in at warp speed.

My hair has always held color. I really wanted pink highlights but they didn't have pink at the salon and she told me that it probably wouldn't
keep...which I figured.
I wound up getting blonde and red - inspired by a Kelly Clarkson pic. |
