911, he wasted 30 minutes looking for a working land line. I think there was foul play. This doesn't make sense to me!

You would think a doctor would have a cell that could get a signal. I'm not buying it. Somebody let the King of Pop dye and they have to pay!

Chernoff says Murray - who met Jackson in 2006 when he treated one of his children in Las Vegas and did not become the singer's personal physician until
May - tried to call 911, but because of security arrangements at the house, was unable to get a line out. Murray thought of using his cellphone, but realized
he didn't know the address of Jackson's house, according to Chernoff. Instead, he screamed for help.
"With Michael still on the bed, he put one hand under Michael's back for support and compressing with his other hand. He continued to check the pulse, and the pulse remained," says Chernoff. http://www.people.com/people/package/article/0,,20287787_20288368,00.html |

I heard he wasn't sure of the address so he didn't call on his cell, and couldn't call from the house line b/c there was no land line in MJs room
so he had to get security to call.

But didn't they say the address in the 911 call? (or maybe not, I only listened to it once)It wasn't the doc who made the call but somebody else working there who obviously knew the address. |

Not knowing the address is a dumbass reason not to call. His house was 5 mins away from the hospital. So next time I see a bad car accident, I won't call
the police or ambulance because I don't know the exact address? Get outta here.

A half an hour is a looooong time for someone to not be breathing huh?
How irresponsible can you get, he could still be alive right now. I'm sorry but that is ridiculous! |

Can't they trace where the call is coming from or is that just with land lines?

Can't you just say 'I'm @ the place Michael Jackson rents!' and people know where you are?

Is that how...that works? I thought the phone didn't determine the reception, the phone company and location do.

oops die
