Regular coffee is your best bet. You could also get an Americano, however, I don't think most people like them (it's espresso and hot water).
If you get a small latte with skim milk, it won't be too bad for you... plus you'll get calcium! Just don't get any flavorings unless they're sugar free. I also believe their light frappuchinos are around 100 calories for the smallest size, but I'm not positive. |

Tall, non fat, sugar free, vanilla latte. It's pretty low in calories and it's still tasty.

Americano (espresso + hot water) with room, add a bit of fat free milk. You can ask them to add some sugarfree syrup, otherwise use sugar or splenda to sweeten
it.
