When a Swede says that he is "pretty red," does that mean liberal or conservative?

I'm pretty sure it means liberal. Their largest party the Socialist Democrat party has a red logo and allies with the Green party. It's often called
the red-green bloc. Of course, "conservative" by their standards would probably still be pretty liberal by US standards

I was concerned about the "pretty red" statement about politics. I might not be able to love him as much if he were a staunch conservative. Bullet
