I agree with the OP...Hollywood rewards women who are willing to do shitty movies. The ones with artistic integrity get shafted. And women get shafted all
around. I work in the industry, and it makes me so sad to know that only 4% of films are directed by women. And that's not for a lack of trying-it's
still a Good Old Boys' club.
